Nem5 Web Maggic Awards Program Application Reading Requirements Before you apply, please read the entire Application Page, the rules for earning Nem5 Awards on the Criteria Pages and the Privacy Policy. Sending an application grants permission from you for this program to use your information as stated on the Required Reading pages listed in this paragraph. It is also your assurance and agreement that you have read and agree to abide by all Policies in effect for this site (including: Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Disclaimer, Copyright and Trademark). Time Requirement Please do not send more than one application during any calendar year (January 2 - November 1) without prior written permission. If you do not receive a winning notification do not apply again for the same site unless the whole site, (design and content), has had a major upgrade. If you have more than one site, we suggest you submit your best site. All sites built by a design firm will be considered to be built by a single applicant no matter the number of employees. Sites/Applicants that abuse these rules will be denied review for any award. Invitation Requirement Design firms, webmasters and/or other entities that earn awards from this program may be issued a numbered invitation to apply more than one site during a calendar year. Not all winners will receive an invitation. Invitations are good for 2 years from the date issued. Please use the Contact Page Form to request renewal of an expired invitation. Valid invitation holders may send a new application during the same calendar year after notification that the review process is complete on any current application. Please have your invitation number ready when you apply. Sites that are found to have a minor problem that would keep them from earning an award may be issued an invitation to apply a second time during the same calendar year if the problem is fixed. These invitations are only issued if the problem may be: 1) easily fixed and 2) the only reason a site would not qualify for award, such as having a broken internal link. These invitations are only issued upon recommendation from the review staff. Notification Due to time constraints, we only reply to applications that earn awards from this program. Current process time is 12 weeks from date of application. Please see our FAQ for more information. Age Requirement Due to federal laws of the United States, no application or other correspondence will be accepted from anyone under the age of 13 without the permission and participation of a Parent or Legal Guardian. Your Agreement Clicking the send button is your agreement and assurance that: 1) all statements made on the application form are true; 2) that you agree to the rules, policies and other documentation set forth for earning a Nem5 Award; and 3) that if you are not the webmaster/owner of the site that the webmaster/owner(s) of the site have given you permission to submit this application for a Nem5 Award. Permission Filling out the application form grants permission for Nem5 to place the following on webmaggic.com: 1) the name and URL of the site; 2) the site description given by you; and 3) if annual awards are earned, 3a) screenshots of the site, 3b) an interview from the site owner and/or artist and/or webmaster and/or author and/or programmer and 3c) Nem5 reviewer comments about your site. If awards are turned down for any reason, the webmaster/owner/applicant will be ineligible for any future website reviews for the site applied for or any other site and no link will be provided for the winning site. Privacy Policy All information obtained from applications will be kept in strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any one other than a Nem5 representative, affiliate or membership organization without express written consent of and upon request by the applicant. The only exceptions to this will be in maintaining a winners' list as defined above, or for gathering non-identifiable click-stream data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, the Ethics Page and the Site Legal Information.
