Nem5 Web Maggic Awards Program Terms of Use
Use of Nem5 is restricted to lawful activities only. No material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, may be transferred or used at Nem5, Nem5 Mail, Nem5 Communities (Chats, Message Boards & Forums), Nem5 Forms & Guestbook or any other part of Nem5, its affiliates, third party content providers or licensors. Any illegal activities, spamming or other offensive activity will be cause for denial of membership and use of all Nem5 activities, its affiliates, third party content providers or licensors activities or memberships.
Any conduct by a User, that at Nem5 sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Nem5 will not be permitted. Without Nem5, Maggi Norris, express written approval, User shall not post or transmit through Nem5 any material which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or Free Stuff.
This policy has been in effect since March 1, 2005.
